Q: How can I obtain the status of my order? A: There are two ways to obtain order status.
- If you do not have an account, please send your request to help@partsrepublic.com. Note that orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. PartsRepublic.com will notify you if there has been a delay in processing your order.
- If you have an account, you can log in by entering your user name/email address and password (My Account/Sign In is located in the top right corner).
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order? A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received (regardless of shipping method).
Q: How to locate a part? A: You can find parts by:
- Browsing for your model number on the left hand side - Entering a part number in the upper right hand "search" box - Browsing through Featured Categories on home page (click PartsRepublic.com logo on top will take you back to home page) - If you can't locate what you need, please feel free to email us at help@partsrepublic.com
Q: Where is my Sony VAIO model number located? A: Most VAIO model numbers are located on the inside of the unit above the keyboard or in the lower left corner of the LCD bezel an labeled beginning with VGN, PCG or PCW. Please do NOT use the model on the bottom of the unit as it is incorrect. 
Q: What is your return policy? A: Please see our policies page (click Policies tab located in the top menu bar) for more information.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer? A: We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Q: I'm a business, can I use my carrier (UPS or FedEx) account number to pay for shipping? A: Yes, please send your request to help@partsrepublic.com.
Q: I'm a reseller can you offer me a discount? A: Sometimes. Contacts us and we'll see what we can do to assist you.
Q: I need to buy multiple quantity. Can you offer me a discount? A: Sure, contact us and we'll do our best.
